Ramen noodles
12 oz
broccoli slaw
1 cup
Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup
green onion
1/3 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Vegetable oil
1 cup
White Vinegar

Broccoli Slaw Salad
  1. Before opening ramen noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces. Set flavor packets aside. ( I prefer the blue package which used to be called oriental but is now soy sauce flavored)
  2. Place broccoli slaw in a medium bowl. Add the crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and sliced green onions.
  3. For the dressing: Combine sugar, oil, vinegar and seasoning packets. Mix well
  4. Pour over slaw right before serving and mix
