- Ramen noodles
- 12 oz
- broccoli slaw
- 1 cup
- Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup
- green onion
- 1/3 cup
- Sugar
- 1 cup
- Vegetable oil
- 1 cup
- White Vinegar

- Before opening ramen noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces. Set flavor packets aside. ( I prefer the blue package which used to be called oriental but is now soy sauce flavored)
- Place broccoli slaw in a medium bowl. Add the crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and sliced green onions.
- For the dressing: Combine sugar, oil, vinegar and seasoning packets. Mix well
- Pour over slaw right before serving and mix
