- Flank Steak
- 1/4 cup
- soy sauce
- 2 tsp
- Honey
- 1 tsp
- Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp
- Lemon Zest
- 2 tsp
- Orange Zest
- 2 tsp
- minced garlic
- 1 TBSP
- Sherry Cooking wine
- 1 pinch
- Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Cut flank steak into individual serving size pieces.
- Prepare marinade in a bag or container: Combine soy sauce, honey, gingerroot, lemon zest, orange zest, garlic, sherry and pepper flakes. Add steak to the marinade and refrigerate. Turn occasionally. Let sit 2 hours up to 24 hours.
- Remove the meat before cooking 30 minutes before grilling
- Discard the marinade, and pat meat dry before grilling.
- Grill 6 minutes each side, serve warm
