1/4 cup
soy sauce
2 tsp
Honey
1 tsp
Ground Ginger
2 tsp
Lemon Zest
2 tsp
Orange Zest
2 tsp
minced garlic
1 TBSP
Sherry Cooking wine
1 pinch
Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Flank Steak1/4 cup soy sauce2 tsp Honey1 tsp Ground Ginger2 tsp Lemon Zest2 tsp Orange Zest2 tsp minced garlic1 TBSP Sherry Cooking wine1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Marinated Flank Steak
  1. Cut flank steak into individual serving size pieces.
  2. Prepare marinade in a bag or container: Combine soy sauce, honey, gingerroot, lemon zest, orange zest, garlic, sherry and pepper flakes. Add steak to the marinade and refrigerate. Turn occasionally. Let sit 2 hours up to 24 hours.
  3. Remove the meat before cooking 30 minutes before grilling
  4. Discard the marinade, and pat meat dry before grilling.
  5. Grill 6 minutes each side, serve warm
