Mom’s Chili Mac

This is one of my favorite recipes! You can use ground beef or ground turkey in the recipe. Personally, we eat our chili as chili mac over elbow noodles. Make sure to include oyster crackers and plenty of shredded cheddar!

(I’ve been told this falls under the category of soup).

  1. Brown meat with onions and garlic. At the same time, combine the cans of beans and tomato sauce in a large saucepan. If desired, start boiling water for pasta.
  2. Drain meat.
  3. Add meat, garlic, and onions to the saucepan.
  4. Season chili mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano. Serve over pasta.
